She Really Doesn't Get It

  1. allison: So I was talking to my therapist about my negative thought loops, and she told me that I need to first recognize what I am doing, and then stop and begin talking to myself as if I were comforting a sad friend instead of myself.
  2. Mom: So you say to yourself "stop it, why are you so depressed?"

This is a band made up of bears called Bearforce1. Sadly, there are no longer together. But their genius will live on through youtube. Good work, gentlemen.

Edited to add: This video is one of the gayest things I’ve ever seen. And by gayest, I mean “most homosexual.” And it’s awesome.
